My professional journey began in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector after completing my MBA in product & Fashion merchandising. Over six years in the industry, I gained valuable insights into workforce dynamics, management, and the critical role of skill development in professional success. However, my experiences also revealed a pressing concern—the limited access to specialized training for many individuals in Bangladesh, leading to constrained career opportunities and economic growth.
Motivated to make a difference, I founded IITC with a clear mission: to equip the people of Bangladesh with industry-specific skills that meet international standards, ensuring their competitiveness in the global job market. Our focus extends beyond training; we identify high-demand sectors worldwide and design targeted programs to prepare individuals for promising careers abroad. Additionally, we collaborate with global employers to provide secure and rewarding placements for our candidates.
